Our skilled craftspeople have decades of experience developing and applying screens to various parts. The screen printing process prints custom graphics onto coated parts using porous mesh stretched tightly over a frame. A stencil is photo-chemically produced on the screen, which is then used to deposit ink onto the painted part. We have printed countless company logos, layouts, and part diagrams on various substrates and materials, including; plastics, vinyl, decals, stainless steel, aluminum, and painted metals.

Our NADCAP Accredited shop provides a cost-effective process for Military Specification (Mil-Spec) painting of primers and topcoats. We can coat many substrates, including aluminum, magnesium, stainless steel, cold rolled steel, a wide variety of plastics, fiberglass, carbon fiber, and many more. All work is done following strict requirements of AC7004 Aerospace Quality Systems.

We apply various paint products, both solvent and water-based, including Epoxy, Polyurethane, Polyester, and many others. We are experienced in applying Medical, Military, Aerospace, and Defense specified paints, including the CARC System.

We will provide local pickup and delivery service using our 26 ft Box Truck. If your parts are to be delivered outside of our service area, we will gladly coordinate freight with the carrier of your choice.
